"How long will it take for me to receive my order?"

Your order will currently take approximately 1-3 business days to process and then ship out. We are continually updating our operational processes to increase production and shorten order fulfillment times.

"How can I maximize the lifespan of my candle?"

To maximize your candles lifespan: Upon first lighting, please make sure to let the whole top of candle liquify before blowing out, this will prevent "tunneling". Always trim wick to 1/4" before re-lighting, and try not to burn candles for more than a few hours at a time. 

These few steps will help the wax to burn slower and evenly and will also give your 8.5oz candle a 45-50 hour burn-time and the 4.5oz candles a 20-25 hour burn-time.

"Can you do custom orders/ labels for weddings, other events or for Private Labels?"

Yes, we offer Personalized and Custom Orders!  

We will gladly work with you in creating a personalized/custom order specifically for the type of venue needed.

We offer:

-Custom Party favors for your guests for Weddings, Showers, etc.

-Bulk pricing for Custom, Private labels.

-Custom Scent requests

"I have a container/jar in my home that I love, can you fill/refill it with any of your scented wax?"

-Yes, We can fill or re-fill any candle safe container that you give to us with one of our scents of your choice for a fee.  Pricing will depend on the size of container.  You may also ship us your container you want filled. But you would be responsible for shipping costs both to and from.

"Do you offer discount or Wholesale pricing on bulk orders?"

Yes, we offer Wholesale/Bulk pricing for Custom, Private labels or Retail establishments.  For wholesale ordering, you just need to submit a copy of your resale license so we can get you set up.

"Why on the 8.5oz jars, some of the labels are black and others are clear?"

When we first started this company back in 2017, we created the black labels, which we have had up until now.  The clear labels were introduced in the beginning of 2020 to some of our newly added scents and received great feedback, so we will slowly be transitioning from the black labels, over to the clear.  If you are partial to one over the other, we encourage you, when placing your order to let us know which you want by typing it in the "special requests/comments" section upon placing your order.

"Why do you use soy wax?"

Soy wax is non-toxic making it better both for the environment and your health! Unlike paraffin wax, which gives off black soot when burned, soy wax burns cleaner. ... As a vegetable-based wax, soy wax does not give off any harmful by-products that might cause damage to the environment.

"Why does it look like the wax has separated from the glass jar in some spots?"

Since Soy wax is all natural, it also is harder to work with than paraffin wax.  Sometimes when the wax is poured into the glass jars, once cooled it can cause "wet spots" which is the wax adhering or separating from the glass due to temperature changes.  Soy wax is very fluid in nature and will sometimes react to temperature changes in this way, it does not affect the candles performance in any way though.
